參加美麗境界一人一故事台南場工作坊－－外一章紀實

我的睡衣PLAYBACK表演

這次要到台南參加工作坊，原本急急忙忙要訂飯店，後來得知玉華要跟靖雯同宿，我也忍不住參了一腳，很開心當時做了這個選擇，否則怎會發生這麼美麗的相遇！

一直到第一天工作坊結束去坐車，我都還不知道要去哪住，只記得靖雯好像說什麼「道館」？其實我當時想成修道的「道場」，一直以為會到寺廟住，原來是秀珣的朋友開的武術教學道館，一進到高大的練武場地，看見搭著帳棚，一群學生非常有禮貌的齊聲叫：「客人好」接著他們以羞澀的臉龐又端上一杯杯茶給我們，他們的教練就是一位不怒而威的女教練，炎秋教練。

第一天晚上，先是秀珣發難請炎秋教練替她刮痧，眼見她一趴上治療床上，炎秋教練先是輕輕的用刮痧板為她抹上一層凡士林，這時一旁的靖雯還輕鬆的開玩笑說：「好像在做蛋糕，抹上奶油哦！」，但是瞬間馬上掉入人間煉獄，聽見秀珣一聲聲的慘叫和頓時發紅發黑的背部，我們全都同時陷入震驚和兩難，我們都好想嘗試刮痧但是看見秀珣的慘狀又都很猶豫，但是最後五個女人還是都忍不住一一下去被刮(我只敢刮脖子)，只聽見一聲聲慘叫，彷彿進入十八層地獄，但刮完又通體舒暢，大家開始比誰比較慘，誰叫比較大聲，又自嘲我們真是「討皮痛」。

第二天晚上，因為比較早回到道場，所以看見孩子在練習太極推手，靖雯又忍不住跳下去嘗試，教練為她挑了一個最小的孩子練習，但是沒兩下靖雯就被推倒在地，之後玉華和小英(高雄聖功團)想要為靖雯板回一城，無奈力不從心，一樣三兩下就被孩子解決掉(你們真是標準討皮痛，不然人家練假的喔)，之後教練又請孩子為我們表演一套武術，先從團體打拳，再一一赤手表演，每個都虎虎生風，叫聲震天，然後一個個拿出不同的兵器，有棍子有刀有叉子(不知如何稱呼)，有風火輪一般各式武器，好嚇人好威風。之後為了表達我們的感謝，我們決定用playback表演回送他們，當時我已經洗完澡，穿上標準睡衣，於是我穿著睡衣與他們用流動塑像演出剛剛的武術表演小插曲(孩子表演到一半褲子破了)和孩子為了減重與香噴噴的食物(我們帶回來的點心)掙扎演出一對對，他們看的哈哈大笑津津有味，表演完正想好好品嚐炎秋教練自己釀的紅酒時，忽然出現幾位家長興高彩烈說要來看表演，這…這…怎麼這麼轟動，名聲傳這麼快，人家專程來一趟，我們五位女子又只好穿著睡衣(其實只有我)粉墨登場，之後我們還表演敘事者V和自由發揮(即興音樂表演用塑膠袋、桌子、勺子等)，有笑有淚，從沒這麼 快樂的PLAY PLAYBACK，這個台南縣佳里小鎮的寧靜夜晚，就在我們無心插柳之下，做了一場特別的下鄉演出。也因為我們的宣傳，隔天他們就結伴到真理大學看演出，隔天表演完我問他們感覺，他們說跟昨天很不一樣。(當然囉，我們是睡衣搞笑版)

假日時練武的孩子都搭個帳棚跟教練一起睡在道館，這兩天一大早，天還沒亮，他們就去外面跑3000公尺，之後又回來舉重和拉筋，我問他們每天練多久，他們說平時4小時，假日練八小時，我問他們累嗎？他們說不累已經習慣了，「那有瓶頸嗎？」「比賽前的減重吧」哇！明明練的這麼辛苦，又要注重體重的限制而不能好好大吃，我想到這幾天看見rea和 magda也是非常重視自己的飲食，我想能保持這麼美麗的身形，也是一位身為身體藝術表演家的堅持。我看著炎秋教練睡在辦公室的地板上，用個簡單的蚊帳掛著，陪伴孩子在一個克難簡陋的環境下學習，堅持著自己的理想和興趣，她表面看起來嚴肅威武，內心卻是充滿著愛和關注，一起陪伴孩子和傳承這份工作，這也讓我想起嚴格的rea和 magda老師，看見有人用這分堅持認真來過日子，帶給我更多勇氣來面對我人生的下一步，即使有許多困難或挫折或未知的恐懼在等著我。

參加美麗境界一人一故事南北兩場工作坊

「叩！叩！叩！」高鐵的新竹站到了，我下了第十節自由坐的車廂後，找到第八節車廂，努力敲打著車窗玻璃，rea和 magda發現了我，我揮揮手說再見，她們用美麗的手勢狂送給我飛吻，我也不斷回報飛吻，這次我真的要跟她們說再見了！這個繞過地球半圈的短暫相遇，這次真的要分開了！

離開真理大學(台南工作坊上課地點)前，在一片美麗草坪和雲彩的襯托下，magda拉著我的手對我說：「我們都看見你認真、享受的學習，也看見你努力嘗試，It’s good！」臨行前老師送給我的這幾句話，對我是一份珍貴的禮物。

上上週五我抱著一顆熱切學習的心，去台北參加美麗境界一人一故事工作坊進階課程，從第一眼看見rea和 magda這兩位美麗又優雅的老師，就很激動，因為我覺得自己找到了典範，我將她們當成我的努力目標，我也渴望想要成為像她們這樣的人：優雅、美麗、堅持、自信、溫暖、熱情、活力……的藝術家。

她們帶領我發現到一人一故事劇場裡，還有許多新的藝術表現和發展空間，開啟了我更多的想像和可能性，對我是一個觀念上的大啟發。

為此當我知道台南場的工作坊還有名額，而且會上一些基礎的課程，我欣喜若狂，追隨她們到台南學習，我想趁他們還在台灣時多跟她們學習。參加了南北兩場，好特別的感覺：溫度、教室、風景、氣味、同學特質等，是這麼不一樣，雖然都是喜愛或好奇playback的人，但是因為地域上的差異，讓我有好多不同的感受和收穫。

我參加playback才近一年半時間，有這個機會看大師級老師如何帶領新手們一步步進入一些形式的學習，從暖身到如何一個個元素的加入，也提醒自己有些仍不清楚的部份，並新發現一些形式上要注意的精神和細節，我開心的像挖到了寶藏一般，盡全力記下重點，希望回去跟我的團裡夥伴分享，我清楚的知道我的這些學習是為我了我們團體，多希望我們的團體可以更進一步，大家可以一起共同做更棒的服務，完成更美好，更有能量的劇場藝術呈現。我清楚的察覺到這個強烈的動機，我每一刻有新的發現和學習，我馬上就是想到我要帶回去跟夥伴分享，真的很高興我參加這個團體，我們可以一起來成就一些事情，一起到另一個美麗的境界。(by 巫婆)

一、活動緣起

一人一故事劇場發展至今已有三十餘年的歷史了！有許多人在世界各地投入心力，一人一故事劇場因此能夠持續發展與茁壯。

一一擬爾劇團(台灣)希望集結大亞洲區的一人一故事劇場夥伴們共同交流，將於2009年夏天主辦「2009一人一故事劇場亞洲聚會」(Asia Playback Gathering2009，簡稱APG2009)，秉持分享、學習、互動、尊重的精神，邀請您來聊聊彼此的故事，串起亞洲的故事紅線。並另有會前國際大師工作坊多樣選擇作深度進階學習。

2.會前國際大師工作坊：大師工作坊共有2個各為期三天之工作坊：工作坊A與工作坊B。均為2009年8月5日～7日（週三至週五），每日10:00~17:00，合計18小時。

帶領講師：Aviva Apel。International Playback Theatre Network(IPTN)主席，現為以色列一人一故事劇團PlayLife團長

工作坊B

主題：未被選角的演員(忍者演員)－探究未被選角演員的角色和發展相關技巧

帶領講師：Kayo Munakata。現任日本一人一故事學校校長。

I. Introduction

Playback Theatre has been in existence for over 30 years! Numerous people have put in their time and effort around the globe to keep Playback Theatre alive and well, growing all the time.

Even Nearer Theatre in Taiwan wishes to bring all the Playback Theatre participants together to exchange our experiences. We will host the Asia Playback Gathering 2009 (APG2009) in this summer. We sincerely invite you to join us in the 2009 APG to share, learn, interact with each other, and talk about your stories. Together, we will build an interwoven network of stories in Asia. Furthermore, we hope to provide a chance for in-depth learning for all who are interested in advance classes through “Master Workshops” before the meeting.

We invite all Playbackers and teams in Asia to come join us and create a spiritual journey that we will not soon forget.

III. Notes about APG & Master Workshops

1. APG2009: August 8th-10th 2009 (Sat. to Mon.) Theme is “Joyful Feast”, as indicated in the schedule. We are inviting presentations.

2. Master Workshops: There will be two master workshops, A and B, for three days each.　Both are August 5th-7th 2009 (Wed. to Fri.), 10：00~17：00 every day, a total of 18 hours. For details, please see below.

　　藉由來自各地一人一故事夥伴的經驗分享與發表，彼此交流，打開不同的視野與觀點。在此徵求有關一人一故事劇場之論文或行動研究報告，可以採口述、工作坊，或其他形式發表，歡迎大家踴躍投稿。

　　發表旨在藉由彼此交流而互相學習，是故以義務分享為原則。本發表雖為無酬制，然經錄取之發表者，主辦單位將於發表後致贈APG2009限量紀念T恤一件及感謝狀一只，表達感謝之意。

Asia Playback Gathering 2009 Invitation for Presentations

We wish to learn from the experience of all the participants in the Playback Theatres around the world. Through our exchange, we can observe different perspectives and viewpoints. We hereby invite thesis and research papers concerning Playback Theatre. It can also be oral presentation, workshop and/or other forms of presentation.

This is an interchange and sharing experience. There will be no monetary compensation for your presentation. Instead, you will receive a limited edition APG2009 T-shirt and a certificate of participation as our gratitude.

Submission Deadline: from now until February 23st, 2009.
